Default NL25 - AA .. whats my river line?

Villain really wasn't playing alot of hands, and seldom raising preflop. My image has been tagish, although I have been raising lots of hands preflop (2betting, not 3betting)

Full Tilt No-Limit Hold'em, $0.25 BB (5 handed) Full Tilt Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: FlopTurnRiver Cards)

Button ($44.30)
SB ($31.10)
Hero ($33.60)
UTG ($35.65)
MP ($64.55)

Preflop: Hero is BB with , .
1 fold</font>, MP raises to $0.85</font>, 2 folds</font>, Hero raises to $2.75</font>, MP calls $1.65.

Flop: ($5.35) , , (2 players)</font>
Hero bets $3.5</font>, MP calls $3.50.

Turn: ($12.35) (2 players)</font>
Hero bets $8.5</font>, MP calls $8.50.

River: ($29.35) (2 players)</font>
Hero???

I have about ~$20 left, villain covers. I really had a hard time deciding whether to check it or bet all in for value. I wasn't sure if AJ/KJ or maybe even QQ would pay me off. Whats your play?

I push, just bc all those hands are what were repped and they will call you here. If he shows up with JJ,KK, or a 5, thats just bad luck. Its too dry a board to give up

Easy push. Villain shows up with AJ/KJ/QQ or less enough. I agree with whyzze- bet stronger on every street.
