Yes, off of the PCIe card one Plug is white (DVI) the other is blue (VGA).
The 20" runs fine off the VGA however my problem is with how the 30" is running off of the white DVI port. I don't understand why it would be hardware related if the 20" can run off VGA and the DVI is open for the 30". It was confirmed on this forum also that the PCIe card I have would be sufficient to run a 30" and 20"...I feel like I'm going in circles.
