New Computer lagging while Pokering

Got a brand new Dell. Installed lots of security apps, now experiencing a weird lag while playing poker.
10-12 tables on party
PT, PA Hud, SpadeEye, scripts.

Also running norton 2007, process guard, snoop free, spywareblaster.

My old computer was able to handle this but would inevtiably slow down because of Party software sucking.

I remember some discussion about priority and affinity with duo cores which may solve my issue.

The lag is also different then anything i've experienced before. Basically my mouse is unresponsive for a couple of seconds and the continues. Also none of my CPU Usage never hits 100% during these lags.

Anyone help?
