Stanley Cup Tickets
Im trying to plan a trip for two to a game of the Stanley Cup Finals. Ive been looking for tickets online but all I can find are pre-planned packages, such as this one:
http://www.sportstraveler.net/custom/stanley_cup.html Is it possible to just buy tickets? Do I have to wait until the teams are decided? I know its possible to pre-purchase playoff tickets through the specific teams a round or two in advance and then receive a refund if they dont make it, but that seems like an awful lot of work to get finals tickets. How much should I expect to pay for a pair of seats? -Evan |

Re: Stanley Cup Tickets
How in the world could you buy tickets if they dont know who will be playing? The only possible way i think is for those pre planned packages.

Re: Stanley Cup Tickets
I got mine for Game 7 before the lockout through Stubhub after the teams were announced... besides that, there's really nothing you can do.
I think I paid ~$120/ea -- but it was in Tampa, so if there are hockey fans in the host city, be prepared to pay far more. -d |

Re: Stanley Cup Tickets
This thread appears to be proof that they still play hockey at the professional level. Interesting.
