Here is the last e-mail I got from the NT investigations dept.

Dear Mr. Derrick XXXXX,

Your account was closed because you tried to secure services of non US clients to move your funds to a gambling merchant. Unfortunately we cannot allow US clients to transfer funds to and from gambling merchants.

A cheque to clear your balance will be issued to you as soon as possible.

Regards,

Eugene

They were. Neteller's actions over the past couple of days have been reprehensible. If they are actually monitoring this forum, looking to pick off accounts, why don't they just make a post making it 100% clear that P2P transfers are not acceptable instead of making us ask incompetent CS reps who can't decide what the answer is.

It's cool, Mets. It does sound weird, but this really did happen.

I guess I am still confused on why I should be happy about this.

It is going to take forever for me to get that check.

You are correct. I assume that:

check as soon as possible = get back in line with everyone else.

Yikes!

This is terrible. Pretty obvious they are going to stiff. More worried about what goes on here than trying to get everyone paid. They are actively trying not to pay everyone. They should encourage everyone to do what they can to get out, instead of this.

To add insult to injury, they claim they are going to send you a check.

I just tried to log into Neteller and my account is closed as well. Only did 1 p2p too and they even suggested this was ok at the time. Glad I'm completely done with them. Hopefully my receiver got out OK.
