I raise there mostly since I want to get a spade to fold, plus overcards folding is nice too.. If three bet I probably call down depending on if a spade or something else fell though.. like if he bet into you after an Ace or King fell, id probably fold.

Raise. And plan to go to showdown bar a 4-flush and explosion of action from both Villains. I wouldn't like to see an Ace either.

Did UTG raise preflop or just limp?

Either way I would raise here I think. If I get 3-bet my action would depend on the villain. Against LAGs I will call down and expect to see hands like J [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]T [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] of ten enough to make it correct.
