Default 99 tough turn spot

BB has run 70/0/1 over his first 10 hands, poster is unknown.

Limit Holdem Ring game
Limit: $5/$10
4 players
Converter

Pre-flop: (4 players) Hero is SB with 9[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 9[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]
UTG (poster) checks, Button folds, Hero raises, BB calls, UTG calls.

Flop: K[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] 8[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 6[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (4.5SB, 3 players)
Hero bets, BB calls, UTG calls.

Turn: 8[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (3.75BB, 3 players)
Hero ?

Is this just a safe ch/f vs basically unknowns?

Default Re: 99 tough turn spot

easy b/f if BB raises no?

if you bet, BB folds and UTG raises, then the decision becomes tougher imo
