I'd either call twice and stack off, or fold right now. Calling and folding to the inevitable turn shove is dumb imo.

are we calling preflop here a lot? I usually muck these BTN and CO raises that get bumped, not unless I am deeper.

shove- you might get a fold from JJ and you might get a call from AK...and you get rid of all his [censored] KQss hands or whatever that arent putting any more money in unless they hit.

I don't think we get a fold from JJ. BB knows he has been 3betting hero a lot, thus he will stack off lighter.
I agree with Claunchy's advise.

I dont c how a turn shove is inevitable, i call in this spot and hope he has ak/aq and will check it down, if he bets the turn I assume he has an overpair.

I think this is a fine time to make a stand against sum1 who keeps 3betting, it would actually be better if he was a tighter 3 bettor since u have better implied odds, calling against a light 3 bettor has its advantages also though as it prob deters him from continuously doing it and u still probably have pretty good implied odds against his range + u can sometimes outplay his ak/aq on certain flops.
