Default 200NL Should I Be a POW or Not?

MP is fairly aggro but stacks off a little too light postflop. My standard is to 3-bet here but I had been 3-betting with even weaker hands very recently and wanted to see a flop.

Button is a nit. Like the 18/14/2.7 variety. Takes pot-control lines with hands like TPGK etc.

I know my line isn't very storng but I haven't seen this guy bluff yet.

I don't see any reason to call the river.

Either b/f, or c/f.
I definitely prefer b/f.
