Default KK turn and river decisions

Villain is BB. My PT stats on him are 23/16/3.3/133 hands.
I'm not sure what to do on turn and river. I called the turn believing he would only bet river if he had me beat. Comments on especially the turn and river are very welcome.

I raise the turn to ~$75 and get the rest in later.

I just can't figure out this guys line. Why would he c/c me on flop and then bet out on turn? I think when he calls me out of position in his BB he is most likely to have a pocket pair. So my concern is does he have a set or does he have an overpair which I beat. Therefore I called the turn and thought I would fold to a big river bet since he would likely be holding a set. How does that sound?

His line seems really if he has some kind of big draw especially with his AF. I guess he could have decided to take a weird line and slowplay a set even though its a drawy board. With you raising UTG he probably can rule out most big draws from your range. I guess he could be bet/folding a weaker over pair. I think calling and reevaluating is probably good.

Ok. But how would you play the river then if you agree on the turn decision?

I really don't know. Without a read i think it is a tough spot. If you think he is firing a missed draw a lot you can probably call. But again it seems like a strange play for a draw. I really don't think he can be value betting much that you beat but i see some weird light value bets from certain players. I think a fold is probably good without much of a read. But i am fairly lost here

i'd raise the weak turn bet every day. he shouldn't have a strong hand on the turn because a strong hand should raise the flop.

I'm definitely raising the turn here, as it makes the hand much easier to play. I think if he shoves over our RR on turn we have to fold? Dunno, that seems pretty soft but he's either gonna have a set or some sort of combo draw. Thus, we are either crushed or like a 70/30 to win. I'm no good at equity calculations though...

Raise folding seems bad to me. I don't think he is calling a raise with anything we beat. I still think his line seems really strange for a draw and i would think he shoves or folds a draw when we raise the turn. We also probably have almost no fold equity vs hands that beat us. I think calling the turn and the river is better than raise folding on the turn. I also think calling and reevaluating is fine
