Re: Phil Ivey is the most SUCCESSFUL player in the world? (not best)
I would think that Hellmuth has a higher net worth than Doyle by a longshot. Definitely props to Lederer for going from homeless (well, not really) $2/$4 loser to rather wealthy poker exec holla balla

Paul Phillips "close to BB in poker winnings" ... WOW ...levels of delusion, inaccuracy and mis-information almost un-precedented in their serio-comic hilarity...scary

Re: Phil Ivey is the most SUCCESSFUL player in the world? (not best)
Bill Gates, Guy Laliberte, etc. don't count. There's no way to relate their wealth to poker. And I'm not even sure Bobby Baldwin should count since poker was just an entree into a realm mainly populated by Ivy League MBAs or other low-risk-taking businessmen.
But it doesn't matter because Chris Ferguson crushes all these guys. No, his wealth isn't liquid, because FTP is still a private company, but he's probably on his way to being a billionaire in terms of the value of FTP if it went public. Just look at the Party founders. Chris Ferguson FTW. And no one is close. |
