Default pushing with top TP on the turn with flush board

Against a pretty loose player I push the turn with top two pair on a flush board. What is your opinion on this play?

SB checks, Hero checks, <font color="#CC3333">Button bets $3</font>, SB folds, Hero calls $3.

Turn: ($12.50) Q[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>
Hero checks, <font color="#CC3333">Button bets $4</font>, <font color="#CC3333">Hero raises to $23.5</font>...

Edit the results out.

Depends on read (What does button's mini bet mean?) but givens tack sizes I'm fine with it.

Given his flop bet size, I'm not sure I trust him enough to bet the turn, so I may have to lead it for value and protection.
