btw I don't know [censored] about the law so I could easily be way wrong, its just my understanding/common sense. I go to a private school so its rulers on the knuckles anytime I get out of line.

Absolutely, but the thing is that first amendment rights don't necessarily apply in a PRIVATE setting.

If the debate was held on PUBLIC (As in belonging TO THE PEOPLE) why he was removed from speaking, as well as arrested.

I'm pretty sure any reasonable judge with any idea of what principles this country were founded on would agree.

Just because an event is held on public property doesn't mean all that much I don't think, in a setting such as this anyway. Where he's in a building that's operated by someone, such as the university, that has rules. I'm thinking of stuff like public parks and the buildings they have there. You have to rent them out sometimes to use them and if someone has rented it out you're not allowed to be using it at that time if they ask you to leave. I think.

Sorry if my crazy libertarian free speech ideas offend you all.

I'll just be here quietly dissenting at every opportunity to make sure that the government takes our civil liberties as slowly as possible.

One last thing to add

The government should fear the people, the people should never fear the government, for the government is elected by the very people they seek to control.
