hes defiantly not folding (almost) any of his range here if you 3bet, so i think call and c/f turn if you whiff is pretty safe/standard

id fold the flop most times..ur only getting slightly better than 2.5-1, call would b fine if ur guaranteed to see the turn & river but if u miss on turn he may fire again depending on his hand & then u pretty much have to fold (implied threat). so if ur calling to catch on the turn only & fold if he bets then u need better odds.

Have you seen villian cold call pf with 99/TT before? I would call here and see what he does on the turn. Also, who is villian?
