Villain is loose-passive (stats of 47/8/0.5). The table is new, and before it filled up, I had a few minutes HU with him where I busted his $20 (lol) stack once. The finishing hand was me having 66 and floping an OP hand a prd board, him raising me on the turn for his last $$ with 33.
Whatever read that should give me...

How does villain perceive you? Would he go to war on the river with top pair?

I'm not sure you can call. OK, you are going to call but I see this being AJ or some 8 a lot more often than KJ.

I can fold here. You're usually beat by AJ, KQ, A8, K8, Q8, J8 but more by J9.
