Default funding online accounts

Are there any ways to instantly fund an account any longer, i went to the bank and withdrew cash so i could go get a visa all access gift card and be back playing again on stars or full tilt today but found out that visa is changing their program and not offering cards right now. Is there any other way to fund an account instantly?

Thanks,
JB

It is the best way to go if a person does not want to deposit a lot of money.

Epassporte just declined my citicards credit card, and a debit card from a federal credit union.
