Can you believe the nerve of the Paradise sportsbook?
So after they cancelled all my future bets, I sent them this, especially since they are now trying to get me to deposit and play on their site again.
Subject: RE: Ryan, don't miss out on this exclusive bonus. Explain to me, a loyal player in the past, WHY IN THE WORLD I WOULD EVER PLAY HERE AGAIN AFTER YOU CANCELLED MY FUTURES BETS? I had Troy Smith to win the Heisman, and Peyton Manning to win MVP, ect, and you CANCELED them. How can I trust you guys? Seriously? Dear Ryan, Thank you for contacting us. In accordance with the terms of the sale of the US operation, we were immediately obliged to dissociate Paradise Poker from our own server. All pending bets were no-actioned and any non-bonus funds in the sports wagering area of your account were transferred back to Paradise. We are always here to help you. Please feel free to reply to this email if you have any additional questions in relation to this or any other matter. Kind regards, Kevin Miller Sportsbook Cashier |

Re: Can you believe the nerve of the Paradise sportsbook?
I'm sure that is the response CS is instructed to give. SBR has said to contact them with any issues regarding no-actioned future bets. Also, there is an independent company you can complain to that sportsbook has agreed to work with (can't remember the name offhand -- it is in another thread).
