bet flop and fold river, dont think calling is profitable and I doubt that he will give you credit for the A-flush with your line if he has a smaller one. raising the turn is not a good idea either given your flop check imo.

Raising the turn is not a good idea if you habitually bet the flop with a nut flush draw and your opponent knows that (you should bet it a certain % of the time of course, but the issue now is your opponent's perception of how you'd play the nfd).
But many players still think in terms of "draw - passive", "made hand-aggressive", and thus I don't think he will automatically discard the nut flush if you raise the turn.
But like I said, whether he's going to lay down a lower flush is hard to say.
