The emails reads funny. It really makes it sound just an online tourney (when I read it, I assumed it meant it was one of those split tourneys - where you play it online, then the FT congregates in Aruba or something).

hate to derail this thread, but I remember one of those type tournys being advertised on some small site I played on. It boasted a $100 million prize if someone hit a royal flush of spades on the final table. Did that ever go down? I never heard an outcome.

It was pokerroom and they backed out on it after the law was passed.
