One dude at my table didn't get his chips from the last hand. That's [censored]. I hope they'll correct it. Thank god I didn't lose anything.

99% certain it will be a fault at their end and not verizon etc, probably due to the updates they were running earlier today. I reckon there will be refunds all round !!

If a PokerStars player won the WSOP, we'd be getting a bonus.

Because PokerStars lost the WSOP, they are punishing us and shutting down.

QFT

Close the client down (note hand numbers etc first) go rub one out or whatever you do, come back in a couple of hours when they have had a minute to fix it. THEN ask for your money back. This has happened to me a few times before on stars, its really not that big a deal and they always sorted me out after they looked into it. (usually a day or two)

PLEASE B4 U CHIMPS START SHUTTING DOWN LEFT RIGHT AND CENTRE. Give them a bit to see if they get it running again first.

Actually, never mind, looks like it IS working again! Panic over

A couple of weeks ago I stacked a guy the hand before a Stars freeze in a cash game for $240. I did not get the money and the hand wasn't recorded. I exchange a couple of emails with Stars support, but I haven't heard anything from them in the last three weeks. This thread reminded me - I just sent them another email.
