Liver. But only because liver is so gross. It's not the bacon's fault. Making something slightly less sucky doesn't count in my book.

My guess is bacon and tapioca pudding would not taste as good as tapioca pudding.

Wrong. Obviously if you mix bacon and lemonade it's no good, but the acidity of the lemonade does a great job w/ the saltyness of bacon... I'm not some kind of expert, but I'm a guy who loves his bacon AND his lemonade....

There is some candy I don't think goes well with bacon, but that's it.

That bacon doesn't go well with liver because liver sucks and bacon only makes it a little better, is a hopeless statement.
