You really can check behind the turn here... If you're going to bet/fold, I would prefer checking behind on the turn and calling a river bet on non-scary rivers. You still put in the same action, but you get to showdown..

I don't like b/f here, I much prefer a check behind. If you are gonna bet the turn, its with the intention of getting it all in.

Check either flop or turn. I've seen this sort of situation posted soo much recently - when you have position with like top pair or an overpair in a 3bet pot, don't bet unless you are snap-calling a check-raise.
