Am i giving opponants too good implied odds of hitting their outs (in this case it was 3 outs) on the river? Should i know to fold to the river bet?

Maybe your Mini-raise PF caused this suckout? ... as to the implied if he only had 3 outs, then it just sucks, He calls TWO PSB even in position the implied means nothing chasing 3 outs.... lets have some outs FIRST before we look at implied odds
