Default How to get a royal paid off

This is my guide as to how to get a royal flush paid off in no limit holdem.

Step 1--get a table with a huge (yeah that huge) bluffing donkey (as in I won't raise preflop with AT suited cause of him...)
Step 2--check to him all the time

example

1/2 NL

- UTG sitting in seat 1 with $261.13
- UTG+1 sitting in seat 2 with $94.82
- CO sitting in seat 3 with $110.45
- Button sitting in seat 4 with $646.08 [Dealer]
- Hero sitting in seat 5 with $370.70
- bluffing donkey sitting in seat 6 with $203.48

Hero posted the small blind - $1.00
bluffing donkey posted the big blind - $2.00

(yeah I had horrible position--but it was the only seat there--I had to take it cause I like $)

** Dealing card to Hero: Ace of Hearts, 10 of Hearts

UTG called - $2.00

2 folds
button called - $2.00

Hero called - $2.00

bluffing donkey checked

** Dealing the flop: Ace of Spades, King of Hearts, Jack of Hearts

Hero checked (and makes sure the mouse is nowhere near the fold button)

bluffing donkey checked

UTG bet - $4.00

fold

Hero called - $4.00

bluffing donkey called - $4.00

** Dealing the turn: Queen of Hearts

Hero checked

bluffing donkey bet - $46.00

UTG folded

Hero called - $46.00

** Dealing the river: 9 of Clubs

Hero checked

Bluffing donkey went all-in - $153.48

Hero called - $153.48

bluffing donkey shows: King of Clubs, 2 of Hearts

Hero wins $415.96 from the main pot

In conclusion, royals can be paid off but it helps to have bluffing donkeys who shove with nothing when you have them.
