Interesting read. Good luck to you and welcome to the forums! NVG (news, views, and gossip) is more often then not for entertainment. You'll get much more serious discussions in the strategy forums.

Welcome to the forums. Although you write quite well so I'm not sure if this is a fake message.

I would recommend you to learn some probability, or at least do your hardest to understand what is a bankroll, and how big does it needs to be so you don't risk losing your money.

So I wasn't the only one who immedietly thought this was a gimmick/fake/etc.

Excellent post, yes it was long but it's definitely not a story I've seen told here on 2p2.

What stakes did you play online? I know it's been a few years so the games where you played may have been softer back then but if you can beat 3/6 limit online you should do great in an 8/16 - 10/20 game when your bankroll gets there.
