The low river agression makes me lean towards a fold, but I can see a player like that possibly value-betting a paired Ace after a busted flush draw, perhaps having put you on a queen since you led out the paired turn. A block-bet of about $75 definitely seems like the right move here though...

but i think as played this river is a fold to that bet
i agree that he could be value betting worse but it wouldnt be that strong of a bet if he was

normally i dont like the idea of a blocking bet, but i think this is a pretty good spot for it. not too small though, theres definitely plenty of value for you to get here. might require making a tight fold with good pot odds, but thats ok.
