Default 2,4 turned nuts against good reg, CAIDE

villain is a good reg, 22/17/5.3

Full Tilt Poker - No Limit Hold'em Cash Game - $2/$4 Blinds - 6 Players - (LegoPoker Hand History Converter)

SB: $106.20
BB: $778.65
UTG: $757.40
MP: $416.40
CO: $240.40
Hero (BTN): $636.60

Preflop: Hero is dealt 6[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] 5[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (6 Players)
UTG raises to $14.00, MP folds, CO calls $14.00, Hero calls $14.00, 2 folds

Flop: ($48) 7[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 4[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] K[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (3 Players)
UTG bets $40.00, CO folds, Hero calls $40.00

Turn: ($128) 8[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (2 Players)
UTG bets $110.00, Hero raises to $220.00, UTG calls $110.00

River: ($568) 6[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (2 Players)
UTG checks, Hero >?>? SHOVES ?????

but the main reason im posting this is bc i think a turn shove is best

lets say he holds AK a vast majority of the time i think hes more likely to call a turn shove then a river shove with that hand

anyway, give villain a range on the turn/river and come up with a good line to get it in

really don't like the turn minraise for a bunch of reasons...depends on your style, but I would shove turn here and expect to be paid off with a wide range of hands

as played, i think it would be stupid to do anything but shove...you dont even have a PSB left...

minraise is only good on turn if it'll make him put more money in the pot than he would otherwise, either by 3bet bluffing (pretty unlikely in this spot) or calling when he would fold to a bigger raise (also unlikely)

so, just shove turn after timing down and hope he puts you on a semibluff and calls. if you've got history you could also raise to an obviously committing but less-than-shove amount, to make him think you're bluffing, but that may or may not work. couldnt hurt though!

Raise turn to $300, shove river. By the way I don't think Caide's a very good regular. I find that he calls off his stack very weak.

I don't like the turn minraise.

i guess i should have included my image and flow when posting this...

but im crazy pretty often and both the turn and river could be bluffs from me but so could a turn shove

and bc a turn shove should theoretically have more FE than my line i think he should know that and call it lighter...

jesus stop going on about a 'turn shove' we have more options that min-raise or shove! i'd probably make a 2.5x or 3x raise.
