River: Yeah, the flush. I bet. It will be too obvious if I suddenly check now; he is likely to not trust it and check behind. If he raises I'll just call because he probably has a better flush.

Yours is too advanced for this guy on the river. I don't think it goes much beyond "I made my hand so I bet." They do this on the flop too.

Neither? It's not a terrible way to play the hand if he expects you to cap a lot of top pair hands so he can c/r the field on the turn.

I raise pf and flop if I'm him obviously, but I don't mind his flop 3-bet and it's a very minor thing any particular hand.
