Default KJo - is this value, or is this supervalue?

Commerce 9/18 middle of the damn night

UTG is stuck, old loose passive asian dude.
UTG+1 is semi tricky middle aged asian dude
I'm MP
BB is godawful stupid sunglasses wearing asian dude who likes to make retarded bluffs in protected multiway pots vs calling stations

2 limps. I look to my left, and see seat 1 telegraphing a fold, so I raise it up with KJo. Weeeeeee. BB calls. Limpers call.

Flop 89J rainbow. Checked to me. I bet. BB calls. UTG calls. UTG+1 folds.

Turn is a 5. Checked to me. I bet. BB folds. UTG calls.

River is Q. any T makes a straight.
UTG looks at me and says "check" and is fingering his chips indicating he will call, so I obv bet.

holla?

I think this says it all. you bet of course. Downside is that a Q is within his range, but he is loose and passive - he could hold anything, even A high. bet, it shows value even if you lose this time.

Once he checks I'm just betting unless he's the type of guy who's stupid enough to go for a CR with T3 on this river.(tons of guys do this live "YOU WERE DOING ALL THE BETTING!!" duhh)

imo, when a guy say "I check" and looks you in the eye he is trying to stop you from betting, which means you need to open up a can of supervalue of his ass.

Maybe not, but I should. Given my read of his betting patterns, and the fact that he is stuck, I think a bet is profitable here with a hand even weaker than mine. I'm not sure what that hand is though. In the heat of the moment, very good players can figure it out with hands more marginal than mine.

In general with LHE, I try not to go so far out on the limb of getting extra smidgens of EV that I end up in fantasyland or varianceville. Part of the reason for this is that I'm NOT that good. I mean, I see a high stakes player friend of mine make very very sick vbs in position on the river that I can't figure out how to make in real time.
