Qe1 was my first thought.

edit: actually I guess not... maybe something involving Be5 and then that?

double edit: I think I am on to something... I don't think there's much white can do to screw up the gameplan if you use the bishop to clear that knight out of there and then go with Qe1. I'm playing poker right now though and can't give it my full attention so I'm not totally sure.
