Default Can/should I fold this HU deep?

Ok, so I haven't played much HU and have moved down in limits to practice. Never played this particular Villain before. Fwiw he's running at 50/33/1.71 over 300 hands and seems reasonable. He's shown me a couple of good bluffs and is by no means an idiot even though he's passive HU. Will rarely lay down top pair, but won't go crazy with it either.

Now, what makes this decision anything but trivial is the fact that we're deep. He's been getting the better of this match so far and I'm deep after winning a few stacks of some other guy. We've been 3-betting each other quite a bit and he's shown that he can call a 3-bet with a wide range.

To the hand.... 2/4$. Sorry no converter.

Hero BB: 1264$
Villain Sb: 1312$

Preflop: Villain raises to 12$, Hero reraises to 48$ with J [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]J [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], Villain calls.

Flop (pot: 96): J [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]T [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]7 [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]
Hero bets 80$, Villain calls

Turn (pot: 256): 4 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]
Hero bets 184$, Villain goes all in for 1000$ more!!

He hasn't seen me double barrel in 3-bet pots and should think that I'm strong here. My turn bet might be a little small for some of you, but it's consistent with my game and shouldn't make him move on me. What to do? It's a whole lot of BBs??

Think maybe your ahead here maybe top two pair for him? AJ ruled out if you say he doesnt go too nuts, wouldnt suprise me if he held 8 9 with one heart etc.

Id say two pair or he AI on semi bluff with straight/hearts draw.

Can you fold? Yes. Should you? Probably not, because this is Jx with a big heart, or JT, far too often.

I'm kinda surprised that you all seem to discount the possibility of him having a flush. What about his line suggests a two pair/set more than a flush? He knows that I'll c-bet this flop close to 100% of the time and only when I bet the turn, would he think that I'm serious about this pot making slowplaying a flush reasonable on the flop. I think this is a bluff/semi-bluff extremely rarely from this Villain.

This overbet smells a lot like A [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]8x/9x, but I suppose that he would have played such a hand with more aggression on the flop. I don't mind folding this since your hand could easily be A [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]Ax, K [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]Kx or Q [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]Q and he think that you won't be capable of folding.

In the end of the day I think it all comes down to what type of player he is and if you have seen him doing this with the nuts or a big draw in the past.

fish overbet = big hand

I hate this, but I think its a fold. if he had been out of line, more aggro then its a call.

passive players don't shove 300bb w/ J,Xh ever. it MIGHT be a lower set though.

I've only seen him push once and that was when he was a lot less deep. I bluff-raised him on the turn and he pushed claiming he had top two on a dry board. He's not done anything like this while deep. The push is either out of character or for value. Obv. the question is whether his value pushing range is ahead of my hand... Not sure whether he considers my range when doing this.
