Should I cold call in those spots, and play my often dominated hand OOP? Thoughts?

fold A5s OOP for sure. you can call AQs, but I prefer a 3bet typically, just have to be careful of how you play AQ, thats all.
i should add, it depends on the UTG raiser too and his stats |

Hand 1: Folding is probably best, followed by Re-Raising (is he stealing a lot?), followed by calling
Hand 2: 4 handed I re-raise this almost always unless UTG is a total nit. Fold to a push/4 bet |
