Has anyone figured out the optimal build for the late game yet? I am pretty sure 2 or 3 squirt towers right up front is the best in normal arcade but I seem to have a bit if trouble keeping up in the late levels against good people. I am assuming maxing out bash towers then selling them whenever fliers come might the best but I could be wrong. I do know that the squirts in the early levels become useless later, so you have to switch to at least some icbm. Any help here would be appreciated.

To be able to compete with better players you should rebuild your maze at least 3 times.
Pellets right at the entrence work best in the first 20 levs or so then you should switch to squirts.
In late game one big group of ICBMs with boosts in the middle seems to work better then bashes. For the lev 42 and 49 fliers you should build storms then sell them.
At the last lev you could use snaps to kill them faster.

pellets are fine for a long while. ICBMs rock especially if can get both lines to come together at the same point (I build this way). Selling/rebuilding to take on fliers is good. A single snap can take out the first two fliers, a single upgrade will kill wave 3. Quake is okay but you tend to invest so much in them that you don't have much once things get through. So you need a maze where you can juggle and keep the creeps by your quakes.
