i have lots of trouble here when it comes to extracting obvious flush draws. whats the best method to get some money in the middle?

i don't have much of a read on villain, he doubled pretty quick. but through 30 hands he's 38/24 running 3/1/infinity in AF

I don't like the QT sooted call oop from an UTG raise whatsoever but I lead the turn here for 7.95 and call a shove (I don't think he bets 3.5 into 4.5 with a made boat or better in a HU pot)
