i only read the chapter on bet sizes and pot manipulation in NLTAP yesterday, and i'v eonly played deepstack donkaments, not cash games, so i havn't quite mastered this yet. what is hero's best line to get the most money out of him while we're 200bbs deep?

i know "raise" is the answer, but how much? or do we wait til the turn (i don't think so, but maybe)
