I agree with Luckyjimm, all the big guns are playing PLO right now....alot more action there, and its where you can make/lose money much faster.

The thing is though, a month or two ago both games ran frequently, with players like Krantz, Perky and many more who favoured NLHE. I'm mystified as to why the games have dried up, really.

Yeah, super-sick. Not long ago he lost £63k in a night. Now he's borrowing off friends. The state he's in at the moment, he just CAN'T win. Even if he turns £1k into £10k he'll play on till he loses it. His addiction to gambling, his sickness, has completely overwhelmed whatever skill he might have had at the game. There's no hope for him unless he stops completely, at least for a few months, and sorts his life out. He needs a job, certainly.
