Have any of you all played the heads up SNGs? Was just donking around at the $20 ones. The play is just so incredibly bad. What stakes does it start to reach around $200 to $400 ring game cash level play? From my huge sample size of about 10, I've determined I could probably make comparable hourly to what I make at 6-max $200 multitabling them, but playing more than a few tables of heads up drains me real fast.

i used to play them, dire. i wouldn't recommend it unless you have outstanding tilt control. the variance is absolutely soul crushing.

why not just raise to 170ish? there's alot of weak hands that could be making a legit thin value raise that a shove may easily push out, but may be willing to come along at least til the river for a hundred or so more.

edit: just saw your edit. then shoving looks fine, but I don't think it's better than just 170 which I think may widen even his calling range at least slightly. if he has a set, he's not folding a blank river anyhow.
