iirc, I tried to do this for KOTKP and wasn't able to. The problem is that the HH identifies it as a "Play Money" table, and PT ignores it, but if you go through and take out all the "Play Money" tags I think you're good.

I believe that I planned to write a quick tool to do it, but let it go. Since you should only have one HH file, it should be a simple matter of opening the file and doing a search-and-replace.
