Kudos to Absolute support

I was on hold for over an hour, not one customer came thru the door (I am at work), customer walks in the door, AP support picks up, I told her i would have to call her back, she said she would hold. 20 min later I picked up, SHE WAS STILL HOLDING FOR ME! I was very impressed, good job AP SUPPORT!

E-mail is not a bad option here.

I cannot imagine any situation worth being on hold for one hour (at least related to Absolute Poker). At the very least, AP will call you back when they can field your question, etc.

** Also, she was probably holding an hour for while the previous buffoon (customer) was finishing dealing with his customer.

Gosh, maybe that was why I was on hold for over 20 minutes when trying to get thru to customer support.

theres only one person but she gets REALLY bored and loves to go on hold to speak to strangers.

it's not absolute support. I was explained that they do not work for absolute they are a contracted company that does deposit assistance. Plenty of help getting your money in but pretty much a big FU if you need help getting it out.
