Default AK spot OOP, .10-.25

happy thanksgiving, everyone. let me know what you think of this one.
AK continues to be a big leak/problem hand for me, i think. i struggle making big decisions with it PF, PoF and most particularly OOP PoF. in this hand advice on both PF and the flop would be appreciated

villain is 25/21/4.2 over 92 hands.

what can i do better PF to avoid the difficult flop situation? does anyone fold to the 3bet, or just call OOP? thanks
