You can use the 2+2 search function or use Google. For Google, include "site:www.twoplustwo.com" in your search terms. To help narrow things down, try adding "Ed Miller" and "Reged: 09/02/02". This gives these search results. I think Daniel's twoplustwo username is, surprisingly enough, Daniel Negreanu. Edit: Sorry about the bad links-- I can't seem to fix them. Try copying them into your browser. |

Re: finding old posts
Apparently you can type quotes in the links as " (their standard encoding for URLs), but then apparently UBB.threads 6.5.2 remakes them into quotes thus hosing its own links!
Ignore this if you're not a tech geek. But one of us hould probably submit a bug report if this isn't already fixed in UBB. |

Re: finding old posts
oh wow.... it replaced the URL-encoded quotes.
The URL encoding for quotes is percent-22. That means that, for example, if you go to Wikipedia and type in http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/ % 22 minus the spaces, it will get interpreted as " (and in the case of wikipedia, redirect you to quotation mark). I'm too lazy to search the UBB bug database to see if this has been reported. |
