Default Another river 2pair facing a donk bet from a donk

Guy has only been at the table for ~30 hands but so far has been very fishy 40/10/1.

Full Tilt Poker, $1/$2 NL Hold'em Cash Game, 4 Players
LeggoPoker.com - Hand History Converter

BTN: $239
SB: $180.20
Hero (BB): $437
UTG: $97.65

Pre-Flop: 7[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] 6[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] dealt to Hero (BB)
2 folds, SB calls $1, Hero checks

Flop: ($4) 9[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 6[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 4[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (2 Players)
SB bets $4, Hero calls $4

Turn: ($12) Q[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (2 Players)
SB checks, Hero bets $8, SB calls $8

River: ($28) 7[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (2 Players)

This is totally unscientific, but I always call here, and I definitely think it's +EV based on my experience.

Yeah well it is a bit hard to be scientific about it when the guy is a pretty random fish, but his range would have a lot of better 2 pairs dont you think?

Yeah, I really have no clue what his range is, I don't remember all the stuff I've seen here when I call, but I think he has to have some random 9x , Qx, 64, 74 type hands enough to call.

full tilt does seem to attract a special breed, I guess they do show up with some weird stuff here but I think its close.

Since he bet pot I guess I would just call. If he bet less I would consider raise/fold. I would never just fold.

I think our hand is strong enough on the river for a call. These guys can show up with all kinds of random [censored] here.

On a side note, I like raising pre and just picking up his blind.
