Default PLO at Lucky Chances, whats the general opinion right now?

I finally have some spare cash for a buy-in kicking around and Im curious what peoples take on the game is.

Ive heard its mostly ultra-gambly NLHE regs killing time while they wait for a seat in their regular game, but I know that the *last* time they spread PLO, pros from far north as Seattle were coming down to destroy it, and destroy it they did...

So Im just looking for some insight as to the current games nature.

LOL.

All I can say is be persistent. Keep asking and see if you can get the desk to make an announcement or post something about it. That might attract a few players and it will just build from there. With any luck some of the disgustingly rich Bay Area millionaires will hear about it and maybe sit.

I was disappointed on my last trip that the Thursday 10/20 _limit_ Omaha/8 wasn't running. Hope the brief PLO reintroduction didn't kill it off.

ive only played that game once, and although i lost, i found it tremendously enjoyable and thought the players were the absolute coolest i had the privilege of sitting with in all my years there.

i am fairly sure that the game is a regular event there and suspect its absense on that occasion was a one time thing.
