to be honest guys, i have a bad history on OOT and some of 2+2 and i think that has more to do with it than anything. I felt that what I said in the Vegetarian thread was VERY mild compared to what other posters were saying and compared to the kind of stuff that gets said on 2+2 in general.

I do have a way of being careless with words in the past, but i thought i had outgrown that and actually thought i was being funny about Vegens.

I mean, vegens aren't an ethnic group or anything...they CHOOSE to be picky about food. So was that so offensive?

This "goldrush" is probably a lot more permanent than other industries that have risen and fallen. Statistics are showing a large proportion of people coming into the health care system and they will stay there for a long time. Also, drugs are not that easy to manufacture so drug companies will be making huge dollars for a long time.

Actually, while it appears that we are sitting on a gold mine, the drug business is VERY risky and a big [censored] headache to be in this business because of the FDA and the liberal media. I like to compare the drug business to a MTT, it sure looks like the winner is walking on eazy street, but we dont see what it took for him to get there and how lucky he is.

you are not wasting your breath. i am a grown man and if i make a mistake i can fix it. i was obv a little careless with my words, but locking my thread is a little harsh.

also, vegens do look sickly weak. my personal trainer at the gym has said that its an unhealthy diet and i believe him. eating meat is healthy, and necessary for people that work out. we need animal muscle in our bodies to be strong, and not sickly weak.
