a) live in california.
b) definitly wont actually go to court. The two things i will be doing with court are: -mentioning that i will take my landlord to court if they dont pay. -having a summons sent for them to appear in court. If they still havent paid right before the court date I would drop the case. I just [censored] HATE that these scumbags get away with it. I mean they are essentially walking into my house, taking my wallet, taking 90 dollars out, walking away and then telling me theyre not a crook. Good luck. Even if she doesnt pay me back hopefully I can make her spend some of that $90 dollars since her address is on the check. GG her windows.
