Drinking in excess

I am 25 years old and eat healthy for the most part but I go on like 3-4 day at a time benders. Recently I have had discomfort in the left side of my chest (where my heart is).

Does anybody know of what this could be?

Aren't I too young to have a heart attack?

Any help would be greatly appreciated...
