Hand 1: Nice hand. Fold river to any bet.

Hand 2: Readless, I fold preflop. Is there a reason you raised? Flop is eew too. You've got 5-6 outs, even with some IO the call looks -EV.

Hand 3: Fold preflop always.

Hand 4: I fire the flop. I've got no problem taking these small pots down early. Is that a leak?

Since these are all very opponent dependant, I made a reply equally pointless to the OP.

Preflop is because I'm playing ~22/18 and just steal blinds and raise limpers all the time. Those hands are actually pretty good compared to some of the other crap I raise with.

The flop call in hand 2 is the sketchiest of the plays I think, but my reasoning is that I have some outs + BD outs and I think he likes his hand, so I have decent IO. I figured my call of the flop bet could slow him down if he only had a pr, so I could get a free card. I was also ready to bluff a good turn card like this one, and was gonna CRAI if he bet. I realize some of this is contradictory but thats poker sometimes. So the call looks really bad at first glance but there is a lot going on in the hand...

Could just be FPS though.

Hand 1: looks ok.
Hand 2: bet the flop. I don't like c/c flop because you only have a pair of 4's, so almost any card can give villain a higher pair on the turn.
hand 3: I bet the flop again.
hand 4: perfect!

I don't think these hands are very opponent dependent at all.

And forgive me for posting some hands where I'm not trying to decide how to play an overpair/set/tptk.

You're right, for some reason I thought there were other players in the hand. Depends entirely on the blinds then.

If you would humor me, for hand 4 why is Mr.D's line better than firing on the flop. TIA.
