If he's loose preflop and generally bad, I think the flop might have helped him more than we think. OTOH, I totally agree with your analysis of his bet, so I like this play. I'd make it more than I do but I get skeered sometimes. [img]/images/graemlins/tongue.gif[/img]

Also, I'm glad to hear where that bs flop bet comes from. I'd already identified that tournament players like to take a weak-bet/fold line on the flop and now I know why. Looks like I should read HOH sooner rather than later.

It depends on the flop texture. On a low and coordinated flop, the donks are rarely going to fold.

I would c-bet on dry flops such as Q-5-2, T-4-3, 8-3-3, etc...

No but against bad players who are so bad at hand reading that they can't tell that this is totally transparent I don't think it matters. Know what I'm saying?
