Anybody claiming it to be "spooky" or out of the ordinary for a player to come up winner twice - or more - in that situation lacks a basic understanding of variance. Nobody - and I mean nobody - can win a big tournament without getting very lucky. Maybe Annette got very lucky during the tournament, but your examples are not in anyway out of ordinary variance. It's really hard to see any other reason for your post than envy.
