Default nl25: AQ turns trips

I'm dropping down to NL10. I have lost 8 or so buy ins since moving up a few weeks ago. This wasn't a guy I wanted to tangle with. The only time I have a hand worth playing is against TAGS. I don;t know why NL10 is so much easier than 25 for me. Villain is a tag, 3-bet me a few times and I folded. I think about 23/19/2 or something. Am I a station for calling this? This kind of hands keeps on coming up. Oh, and I don;t know why I was betting so small either.

Sometimes I 3bet this flop because his minraise his stupid.

As played, shove turn. There are many worse queens that call and draws are in his range.

The line you took is only good if you have a read that villian is very aggro with draws.

Granted I played passively. Given that I did is the river a fold?

Haha. Nor me, but maybe that is why I'm heading back down to NL10. I've known for a while now I play too passively. Maybe it is best I move back down to plug this leak so if feels natural doing it for more money. Thanks

Villain turned a full house FWIW.

This is going to happen sometimes... you can't get all bent out of shape over it. You're going to flop top pair top kicker against a set and occasionally make trips and not be able to lay it down. What are you going to do? It doesn't mean you have to move down, unless you no longer have the BR for 25NL.

The flop bet was weak, but otherwise what are you supposed to do?

I don't have the BR anymore. These kind of spots keep coming up. I'm gonna 3 or 4 table NL10 and I expect to have the BR again very soon.

I don't know if this was a cooler. If I raised the flop I could have folded to a shove or strong turn bet right?

Personally, I could have only folded to a flop 4-bet. If he had just smooth-called and then bet the turn, I'm getting stacked here. Oh well nh gg reload.
